- Provides general counsel to various corporations, and concentrates his practice in commercial and business transactions, with extensive experience in the areas of finance (debt and equity), corporate governance, governmental relations, regulatory, environmental, real estate development, land use law, construction and suretyship.
- Routinely represents clients in negotiations (transactional and dispute resolution), and preparation of documents with respect thereto, including purchase agreements (business and real estate), loan and surety agreements, settlement agreements; also represents clients before boards and administrative agencies and in all forms of dispute resolution.
