Mr. DeLisle is a member of the firm’s Bankruptcy & Creditor’s Rights Group, Corporate & Business Department and Litigation Department.
PRACTICE
Mr. DeLisle represents debtors, creditors, creditors’ committees, and trustees in complex bankruptcy matters. Debtor and creditor clients include lenders, corporations, closely held businesses, and individuals. He also represents similar clients in commercial litigation and specialized corporate matters.
Bankruptcy experience includes negotiation and development of Chapter 11 plans of reorganization; acquisition and disposition of assets through Chapter 11; acquisition of debtor-in-possession financing; usage of cash collateral; requests for modification of automatic stay; liquidation under Chapter 7; prosecution of creditors’ claims against debtors and trustees; prosecution and defense of adversary proceedings; and development of non-bankruptcy alternatives for clients, including work-out agreements.
Mr. DeLisle represents clients in commercial transactions, including negotiation and drafting of asset-backed lending agreements; negotiation and drafting of merger agreements and related documents; and Uniform Commercial Code matters. Mr. DeLisle also represents clients in commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts.
