• Counsel to major national retailer to assist with Chapter 91, Designated Port Area, and local permitting issues. Complicated factors included creation and implementation of regulations dealing with de-designation of property within a DPA, detailed C. 91 analysis, and other local and state permitting issues.
• Counsel to Boston waterfront building owner in negotiation and settlement of Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection C. 91 enforcement action. 
• Counsel to major national hotel operator, for approvals for expansion of hotel within an urban renewal parcel in Boston.
• Counsel to developer in leasing and development for housing of urban renewal parcel in downtown Boston owned by the Boston Redevelopment Authority. 
• Successful completion of Adverse Possession case in Land Court for parcel of commercial land needed for large suburban development.
• Counsel for major medical center/research complex in Boston including acquisition of land from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, withdrawal of land from land registration system though proceedings in Land Court, title and easement issues with Boston Redevelopment Authority, Boston Water and Sewer Commission and other agencies, authorities and utilities.
• Counsel to developers of offices, multi-family housing and mixed-use complexes in the City of Boston.
• Counsel to numerous owners in the acquisitions, sales and financings of commercial buildings, apartment complexes, and hotels in Boston and the surrounding areas.
