Real Estate Law:

• Currently representing a major financial institution in tenant-based retail leasing for over 100 stores throughout the United States, including negotiating construction agreements for build-to-suit locations and negotiating shopping center leases. Recently completed negotiations on behalf of client for a 9,000 square foot flagship retail site in Chicago with a major Chicago-area developer.
• Representing an established local real estate company in leasing space in the Greater Boston area, including leasing office and R&D space to tenants in 1,400,000 square foot business park in the Rt. 128 area.
• Currently representing a major institutional client as tenant in negotiating sophisticated office space leases in various cities in the United States.
• Negotiated 200,000 square foot office and retail lease with purchase option for major institutional client in mixed-use condominium complex in Utah, including evaluation of two-tiered condominium structure and negotiation and drafting of end-user distribution agreements.
• Negotiated three sophisticated office leases for major financial institution totaling 150,000 square feet in a business park in North Carolina.
• Negotiated 130,000 square foot single tenant office lease with purchase option in Merrimack, NH for a major financial institution client.
• Negotiated office space leases with major national rest estate companies on behalf of various tenant clients in the downtown Boston area.
