  • Negotiated and drafted various contracts, including Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreements; Service For Fee Agreements; Material Transfer Agreements; Exclusive and Non-Exclusive Licenses; Collaborations and Strategic Alliances.
  • Represented companies in connection with the sale of assets and stock in acquisitions and merger transactions and other business combinations.
  • Drafted and negotiated Private Placement Memorandums for the sale of Preferred Stock in compliance with all securities laws.
