- Represents clients in complex divorce and probate matters including large assets and complicated financial, legal and custodial issues.
- Served as lead counsel for a large multi-national corporation in an arbitration relating to construction and operation of a major power plant including complex construction, contract warranty and equipment issues.
- Represented a large medical practice in a dispute with the managing partner of the practice relating to lease payments involving hundreds of thousands of dollars. After a lengthy jury trial, a major award was made to our clients which was then upheld by the Supreme Judicial Court.
- Counseled six municipal light departments in multimillion litigation relating to contracts for purchase of power from the Seabrook Nuclear Power Plant.
- Represented numerous physicians in lengthy disciplinary hearings both at hospitals and at the Massachusetts Board of Registry in Medicine.
- Listed in 2009-2010 Best Lawyers in America.
