Construction Law and Litigation:
- Counsel to contractors, developers, owners and sureties on both public and private construction projects involved in complex construction disputes, including claims for delays, disruptions and acceleration, labor inefficiencies and lost productivity, change orders, and architectural errors and omissions.
- Assists clients in drafting construction contracts and in asserting and defending bond claims and mechanic’s liens.
- Represents individual and corporate clients involved in contractual, commercial and business disputes, property damage and products liability cases.
- Represents clients in federal and state court as well as in administrative proceedings, arbitration, and mediation.
