- Represents institutional and corporate clients with real estate conveyance and development including negotiation of agreements, closings and permitting issues involving zoning and administrative law.
- Represents clients with general matters of corporate governance including corporate formation, contracts and business operations.
- Represents institutional lenders with issues related to loan default and foreclosures on primary and secondary financing agreements.
- Provides counsel to trustees and beneficiaries on tax matters related trusts and estates including estate structuring activities and asset protection.
- Represents individual, corporate and institutional clients in several areas of commercial litigation including real estate, alcoholic beverages law, employment disputes, commercial contracts and business disputes.

Professional and Community Involvements
Prior to joining Rubin and Rudman, Mr. Ross practiced law in Washington, D.C. focusing on complex securities litigation involving accounting principals and financing arrangements.
During law school, Mr. Ross interned General Counsel’s office of the Boston Redevelopment Authority working closely with private developers throughout the project review process. Mr. Ross also worked as a research intern for the Urban Ecology Institute focusing on novel solutions to urban land use.
