Caroline Trainor is an associate in the firm’s Trusts and Estates practice group. Prior to joining Rubin and Rudman, Caroline was at a boutique trusts and estate law firm in Northern California. She brings over six years of experience in estate planning and estate administration focuses her practice on advising clients on complex estate and tax planning and preparation, trust administration, business planning, gifting, and probate matters. She is admitted to the bar in Massachusetts (2021) and California (2019).
Caroline earned her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2019 and her B.A. from Loyola University Maryland in 2016. While at Santa Clara, she served as Vice President of the Tax and Estate Planning Society and Senior Technical Editor of the Journal of International Law. She also completed the International Business Law Program at Jiao Tong University in Shanghai in 2017.
Caroline speaks conversational Mandarin and is proficient in Spanish.
