Dana Rodriguez

Dana Rodriguez focuses her practice on Elder Law, Estate Planning and Estate Administration.  She provides personalized guidance to clients facing a diverse range of legal matters connected to long-term planning, aging and disability.

Prior to joining Rubin and Rudman, Dana’s experience included advocating for vulnerable clients in Massachusetts Family Courts.  She also interned for the Office of the General Counsel at the MBTA and the Volunteer Lawyers Project of the Boston Bar Association.  She is a graduate of the Boston University School of Law, where she was recognized for her work in probate and family law.
