Edward Faust’s practice is focused on general corporate and transactional legal matters. He works with privately held businesses at all stages of the corporate life cycle, providing services relating to corporate governance, entity formation, intellectual property licensing, and sophisticated corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and debt and equity financing transactions.

Before joining Rubin and Rudman, Edward was an assistant staff attorney at Community Action Program Legal Services, Inc. (CAPLAW), advising nonprofit organizations from around the country in the areas of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, employment law, and data privacy. He earned his J.D. from Boston College Law School, where he was also a student attorney at the school’s Entrepreneurship & Innovation Clinic. As a student attorney, he assisted startup companies with entity conversion issues, USPTO trademark applications and office action responses, contract reviews, and other general business law matters. Edward also interned at the Boston College Office of Technology Transfer and Licensing.
