Jared A. Bishop


Jared’s practice focuses on estate planning for high-net-worth individuals, with extensive experience in estate and gift tax planning, trust and estate administration, and drafting complex estate planning instruments.

Jared drafts various estate planning and financial documents to serve client’s needs and provide for asset protection, business succession planning, and minimize income tax, gift tax, and estate tax consequences. He drafts estate and financial planning documents such as wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, durable power of attorneys, and promissory notes; actively manage ILITs, GRATs, and real estate nominee trusts.

Additionally, Jared has experience assisting in reviewing and analyzing voluminous subscription agreements, and managing the probate of estates. He has formed and maintained various corporate entities, including family limited partnerships, limited liability companies, corporations, and charitable foundations.
