Jason Webber concentrates his practice in construction and real estate litigation matters representing developers, contractors, and design professionals. He regularly advises clients involved in public and private construction projects on issues including contract negotiation and administration, construction defects, changes and extra work claims, and payment disputes. He has litigated, tried, and arbitrated complex construction cases involving schools, municipal buildings, highway projects, residences and residential subdivisions, condominiums, commercial developments, leases, and solar projects. Jason has experience drafting and negotiating construction contracts for residential, commercial, and industrial projects in Massachusetts and throughout the Northeast. He also frequently advises clients on various commercial matters, corporate governance, contract negotiation, employment, acquisitions and mergers, and financial arrangements.
