Kyle C. Ffrench



Kyle is a member of the firm’s Corporate, Business and Tax department, concentrating her practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, debt and equity financings and other general corporate matters.  Specifically, her experience includes advising clients in complex corporate and transactional matters including transactions involving rollover equity, corporate reorganizations in connection with private mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, equity financing and general corporate matters in a broad range of industries including business services, life sciences, biotechnology and healthcare.

While in law school, Kyle was the Lead Blog Editor of the Journal of High Technology Law, Director of Social Affairs for the Student Bar Association, Research Assistant for Legal Research and Writing and Teaching Assistant for Taxation of Business Entities.  Prior to pursuing a career in law, Kyle was a Private Client Banker at JPMorgan Chase & Co and an investment advisor at AIG.
