William D. Black



Will’s practice focuses on all aspects of commercial litigation. He joins Rubin and Rudman’s Litigation Group after clerking for the Honorable Justice Francis X. Flaherty on the Rhode Island Supreme Court where he conducted legal research and drafted opinions for the Court. Additionally, while in law school, Will was a teaching assistant while at Suffolk University Law School in the area of property law and was a judicial intern to the Honorable David H. Hennessy, United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
