Jr. Associate, Trusts and Estates
Rubin and Rudman, a prominent mid-size law firm based in Boston, seeks a junior-level associate to join our highly regarded Trusts & Estates practice. Renowned as one of the largest and most distinguished practices in Massachusetts, our Trusts & Estates group serves as a cornerstone of the firm’s reputation and continued success. The ideal candidate will bring at least three (3) – five (5) years of sophisticated experience in trusts and estates.
In this role, you will work closely with a team of experienced attorneys representing high-net-worth individuals, families, and their advisors in the design and implementation of sophisticated, tax-efficient estate and wealth transfer strategies. You’ll gain hands-on experience drafting a wide range of estate planning documents, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and health care proxies, as well as more advanced tools such as grantor trusts, gifting vehicles, and charitable planning structures. The role also includes exposure to estate and trust administration, including taxable estates at both the state and federal levels.

Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school; admission and good standing with the Massachusetts Bar
- 3–5 years of experience in estate planning and trust/estate administration
- Prior experience at a respected law firm (regional, national, or boutique)
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters proactively and independently within a team-based setting
- LL.M. in Taxation is a plus, but not required
