Alfred A. Gray, Jr. Presents at 47th Annual Robert Fuchs Labor Law Conference

Boston, MA (February 11, 2021) Alfred A. Gray, Jr, Partner in Rubin and Rudman’s Labor and Employment Department, was a panelist at Massachusetts Bar Association (MBA) Labor & Employment Section’s 47th Annual Robert Fuchs Labor Law Conference on Feb. 11, 2021. The conference highlighted a year of significant legal developments and provided a forecast of possible changes under the new presidential administration.
The MBA is a non-profit organization that serves the legal profession and the public by promoting the administration of justice, legal education, professional excellence and respect for the law.
Gray was joined by other experts in the labor and employment field, including keynote speaker Lauren McFerran who was recently appointed by President Joe Biden as the chair of the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). While Gray handles a variety of labor and employment matters for any industry, he focuses his practice on human and health care services. He counsels clients at a variety of human service agencies (including disability provider agencies, long-term care facilities, special education facilities and others) regarding operational, administrative, investigative, regulatory, litigation, and training, among other matters. He also provides training and speaks on variety of topics, including various labor and employment topics, union avoidance, abuse-related issues, advanced directives and other labor-related topics.
