Christine Parise Named Co-Chair of Rubin and Rudman’s Corporate Department

Boston, MA (June, 2022) – Rubin and Rudman announced that Christine (Chris) Parise has been named Co-Chair of the firm’s Corporate Department. Parise, who joined the Boston-based law firm in 2008, will share responsibilities for the practice with Neal Splaine who has successfully led the department for several years.

Parise, who is licensed in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Oregon and Washington, has a diverse practice encompassing general corporate and finance matters with an emphasis on handling complex business transactions including merger and acquisition transactions. Her clients include closely-held private companies, start-ups (including biotechnology, pharmaceutical and tech companies), middle-market private companies, real estate developers and funds, educational institutions, banks and other financial institutions.
