Rubin and Rudman is pleased to announce that Christopher Wurster has joined the firm as a partner in the Labor and Employment practice group. Wurster brings over a decade of experience in labor and employment law to his new role.
Wurster will continue to represent companies and individuals in litigation involving discrimination, harassment, disability accommodations, retaliation, wage and hour laws, and various contract and tort claims. “We are excited to welcome Chris to our team,” said John J. McGivney, managing partner at Rubin and Rudman. “We have built a robust labor and employment practice and are always looking for top-notch talent to complement our team. His broad expertise in employment litigation and counseling is a great fit for our clients and our firm, and we look forward to integrating Chris’s practice into the important work we do every day.”
Prior to joining Rubin and Rudman, Wurster was an attorney at the Zucker Law Group and before that he practiced at Burns & Levinson.
Wurster has been named a Top Employment Lawyer by Boston Magazine for the past four consecutive years. Patti Saris of the Federal District Court in Massachusetts, and he has taught Civil Procedure at Northeastern University School of Law.
