Kristin N.G. Dzialo, Rubin and Rudman Trusts and Estates Partner, Named Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly “2022 Top Women of Law Honoree”

Boston, MA (November 2022)Kristin N.G. Dzialo, a Partner in Rubin and Rudman’s Trusts and Estates Department, was selected as a “2022 Top Women of Law Honoree” by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly.

Each year, Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly honors women attorneys who have made tremendous professional strides and demonstrated great accomplishments in the legal field, including in pro bono, social justice, advocacy, and business. The “Top Women of Law” event celebrates the achievements of exceptional women lawyers who are pioneers, educators, trailblazers, and role models. Dzialo, along with her fellow honorees, will be recognized at an awards ceremony on November 16 at The State Room, 60 State Street, Boston.

Dzialo’s practice focuses on assisting individuals and families on articulating their legacy through the organized process of designing, drafting, and executing comprehensive estate plans, using revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, and other estate planning vehicles. She has experience advising individuals and families on unique assets types, including digital assets and frozen embryos/eggs/sperm. Dzialo also  advises philanthropic individuals with significant charitable goals on implementing the most tax-efficient strategies for passing wealth, and advising high-net-worth married couples with taxable estates (Massachusetts and Federal), to pass the most amount of wealth in the most tax and cost-efficient way possible, while maintaining privacy.

Dzialo received a J.D. from New England Law School and a B.A. in International Affairs from Northeastern University where she graduated cum laude.
