Megan L. Dean Joins Rubin and Rudman’s Trusts and Estates Practice

Boston-based, full-service law firm Rubin and Rudman is pleased to announce the addition of Megan L. Dean as an associate in its Trusts and Estates practice.

Dean specializes in working closely with high-net-worth individuals and families to structure comprehensive estate plans, utilizing advanced strategies such as irrevocable life insurance trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, and spousal lifetime access trusts. Her expertise also includes preparing federal and Massachusetts estate tax returns, federal gift and generation-skipping transfer tax returns, and conducting research on domestic and international tax law matters, particularly in areas focused on minimizing or eliminating federal and state transfer taxes.

Before joining Rubin and Rudman, Dean was an associate at Ruberto, Israel & Weiner, PC, where she concentrated on trust and estate matters. She earned her J.D. from Boston College Law School in 2015 and graduated magna cum laude from Colby College in 2009 with a B.A. in Government and Psychology.
