Nicole E. Collins Joins Rubin and Rudman’s Family Law Practice

Boston-based, full-service law firm Rubin and Rudman is pleased to welcome Nicole E. Collins as an associate in the Family Law practice.
Collins focuses her practice on complex divorce actions and other domestic relations matters, including issues pertaining to alimony/spousal support, child support, custody disputes, contempt cases, removal actions and modifications of prior judgements. She also handles prenuptial and postnuptial agreement matters.
Prior to joining Rubin and Rudman, Collins was an associate at Atwood & Cherny, P.C., where she focused primarily on family law matters.

Collins earned her J.D. from New England Law | Boston in 2020 and her B.A. from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2016. While in law school, Nicole was a case comment and note editor of the New England Law Review Volume 54, and a member of the Justice Sandra Day O’Connor Honors Program. She was also the founder and president of the Family Law Society.
