Rubin and Rudman Announces Election of Alfred A. Gray, Jr. to the firm’s Executive Committee

BOSTON, MA – (February 2023) – Boston-based, full-service law firm Rubin and Rudman is proud to announce that Alfred “Al” A. Gray, Jr. has been elected as the newest member of the firm’s Executive Committee.
Gray, who joined Rubin and Rudman as a partner in 2013 is a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment and Higher Education practice groups. He is also a founding member and Chair of the firm’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee. Gray was integral in forming the firm’s DEI mission and strategic plan designed to further the firm’s DEI initiatives and goals.
“Al is a talented labor and employment attorney with an exemplary client-service approach,” said John J. McGivney, Managing Partner. “But it is Al’s many contributions to the advancement of Rubin and Rudman’s culture and future success that make him an invaluable member of the firm and in the community. His election to the Executive Committee is recognition of his accomplishments and leadership skills,” added McGivney.
Boston Magazine recently recognized Gray as a “Top Lawyer in Boston” for Labor and Employment. He is listed in Best Lawyers in America for Education Law and Labor and Employment Litigation. Gray received a J.D. from Western New England University School of Law and a B.S. from Trinity College.
