Mark Heinzelman has joined Rubin and Rudman in Boston as a Partner in the Litigation Practice. Mark concentrates his practice in the areas of product liability, premises liability and general litigation and liability defense. He has experience defending contractors, insurers and product manufacturers, ranging from independent local businesses to Fortune 500 corporations. Mark’s background also includes experience representing clients in a variety of commercial litigation, toxic tort and civil RICO matters.
