Rubin and Rudman Continues Growth of Real Estate Department with Addition of Ariana N. Bond

Boston, MA (May, 2022) – As part of its strategic growth plan, Boston-based, full-service law firm Rubin and Rudman welcomes Ariana N. Bond as an Associate in the firm’s expanding Real Estate Department.

Ariana focuses her practice on representing clients, including, developers, owners, lending institutions, landlords, and tenants in a broad array of general and complex commercial real estate matters. She assists with negotiating acquisition and disposition documentation, conducting related due diligence, negotiating loan documentation, and negotiating leases. Ariana is a member of the national and Boston chapters of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).

Novaria, Chair of the department. “With the addition of Ariana to the team, we enhance our capability to serve our real estate clients at all stages of their projects”, continued Novaria.

Ariana received her J.D. from New England Law School in 2020 and a B.S. in 2017 from the University of Hartford. Ariana is admitted in Massachusetts.
