Rubin and Rudman Continues Growth with the Addition of Two New Attorneys

Boston-based full-service law firm Rubin and Rudman welcomes two new attorneys, strengthening the firm’s Labor and Employment and Trusts and Estates Departments. Daniel M. Baumel joins as an Associate in the firm’s Labor and Employment Department and Jared A. Bishop joins the Trusts and Estates Department as an Associate.

Baumel, formerly of McDonald, Lamond, Canzoneri, focuses on employment and labor law matters and labor relations, including representation of employers and institutions of higher education regarding the defense of employment actions and compliance with state and federal labor and employment law, with an emphasis in the New England area. He has experience in all aspects of arbitration proceedings and labor and employment matters in the District Court of Massachusetts.

Bishop, formerly of Schlossberg, LLC, focuses on estate planning for high-net-worth individuals with extensive experience in estate and gift tax planning, trust and estate administration, and drafting complex estate planning instruments. Jared drafts various estate planning and financial documents to serve client’s needs and provide for asset protection, business succession planning, and minimize income tax, gift tax, and estate tax consequences.

Baumel received his J.D. from Cornell Law School. Bishop received his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School.
