Rubin and Rudman Continues Strategic Growth with Addition of Sara B. Huddleston

Boston, MA (May, 2022) – Boston-based, full-service law firm Rubin and Rudman welcomes Sara B. Huddleston to the firm. Sara joins Rubin and Rudman as an Associate in the firm’s expanding Corporate Department.

Sara handles a broad portfolio of corporate and transactional legal work. Her practice encompasses the initial stages and formation of corporations and limited liability companies, as well as drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of transactional agreements, including commercial contracts, debt- and equity-based financing and securities documents, private placement memoranda, and supply, distribution and nondisclosure agreements.

Sara has facilitated a variety of corporate and nonprofit M&A transactions and enjoys advising clients on corporate governance issues. Prior to joining Rubin and Rudman, Sara worked as an Associate at a Vermont-based law firm in their Business Group.

Sara received her J.D. from Boston College Law School in 2017. She served as a research assistant to Professor Paulo Barrozo and translation assistant to Brazilian Supreme Court Justice Luís Roberto Barroso while at Boston College Law School. She received a B.A., magna cum laude, in 2009 from Middlebury College. Sara is admitted in Vermont.
