Rubin and Rudman Names Michael J. Novaria Chair, Real Estate Department

Boston, MA (June, 2022) – Boston-based, full-service law firm Rubin and Rudman announced that Michael J. Novaria, Esq. has been named Chair of the firm’s Real Estate Department. Novaria replaces former practice group co-chairs, Paul Baccari and Susan Doren, who, for many years, led the department and fostered significant growth and firm-wide collaborative relationships.

Michael Novaria is a commercial real estate attorney specializing in retail and office leasing. His real estate practice encompasses all aspects of commercial real estate, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, with a specialty in office, retail and cannabis leasing. Michael has extensive experience representing local and national retail companies and restaurants. He continually represents owners, developers, landlords, tenants and general contractors with real estate related matters.
