Rubin and Rudman Partner, Jared D. Spinelli, to Present at MBA CLE Program, “Drug Testing in the Family Court”

Boston, MA (April, 2022) – Jared D. Spinelli, a Family Law Partner at Boston-based, full-service law firm Rubin and Rudman, is scheduled to participate as a featured speaker at the Massachusetts Bar Association’s next CLE webinar, “Drug Testing in the Family Court.”

This program will focus on clarifying the nature and availability of drug screening within the court system. Attendees will learn how to understand, interpret and use drug screening results to litigate family law matters and seek the best interest of children. The virtual webinar will take place on Tuesday, May 3, 2022 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. To register or learn more, visit their website.  Spinelli will be joined by an impressive group of panelists including Probate and Family Court Justice Beth Crawford (Ret.) and Steven Paymer, a drug and alcohol testing and sobriety monitoring expert.

Spinelli concentrates his practice on all aspects of complex domestic relations law, including divorce, child custody and child support, alimony, paternity, asset valuation and division, as well as modification and contempt actions. He also has considerable experience drafting and negotiating prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. His practice also includes representing clients in Chapter 209A abuse prevention and Chapter 258E harassment prevention proceedings in both the Probate and Family Court as well as the District Court.  Since 2019, Spinelli has served as an appointed member of the MBA’s Family Law Council.
