Rubin and Rudman Continues to Expand its Corporate Department With the Addition of David L. Woronov

Boston, MA. (Dec., 2019) – Regional law firm Rubin and Rudman continues to expand its corporate department with the addition of veteran corporate attorney David L. Woronov. Woronov, formerly of McCarter and English, joins Rubin and Rudman as an equity partner in the firm’s Boston office.

Woronov has a diverse business practice representing U.S. and foreign clients in their business transactions. He has unique experience in matters focused on the European and Asian markets, including the establishment of multiple equity joint ventures for American and European companies in the People’s Republic of China.

Woronov advises domestic and foreign clients, ranging from start-ups to larger public and private companies for mergers and acquisitions, structuring and management, succession planning, and financing and strategizing. He has represented large manufacturers and pharmaceutical companies, and also represents entertainment industry players and handles entertainment law matters.

Woronov is a former UK resident, and before becoming a lawyer, he had worked for a senior Member of Parliament in London. He earned his J.D. from University of North Carolina School of Law, and an A.B. with high honors from Duke University.
