Labor and Employment Attorney
Our Labor and Employment Department is seeking a self-motivated, experienced associate with at least 5 years of experience. Qualified candidate will have hands-on experience in employment cases, including wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, leaves of absence, employee accommodations, wage and hour matters, and other labor and employment issues. Trial experience is a plus but not required.

Our Trusts and Estates Department is seeking a Trusts and Estates Associate with 3-5 years of experience. The qualified candidate will have hands-on experience creating core estate plans (wills, trusts, health care proxies, Powers of Attorney, etc.) and more advanced tax plans and gifting strategies.
