Insurance Litigation Associate
Rubin and Rudman LLP is seeking an associate to join our insurance coverage and litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience analyzing insurance policies, researching insurance law, and drafting insurance coverage opinions, in a range of insurance contexts, including commercial and personal lines liability insurance, life sciences insurance, and environmental insurance. Some experience with handling the defense of insurers and insureds in litigation, including 93A or bad faith litigation, and tort cases, will be considered a plus.

Commercial Real Estate Leasing Attorney
Rubin and Rudman LLP has an immediate need for a Commercial Real Estate Leasing Attorney with significant, sophisticated office and retail leasing experience to join its fast-paced leasing practice.
Qualified candidates will have prior experience at a regional or national law firm or a well-regarded boutique real estate firm. They must also have the ability to manage a high volume and velocity of leases in a professional and timely manner, and a comprehensive understanding of ancillary leasing documents, including early termination agreements, waivers, subordination agreements and estoppels.

Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, the Real Estate Legal Assistant performs a variety of secretarial duties to assist attorneys to whom assigned.
