Business Litigation Associate
Our Litigation Department is currently seeking an Attorney with at least 4 years of experience. Rubin and Rudman offers competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package. The qualified candidate should be experienced in legal research, discovery, third party discovery and brief writing. Preferred candidates will have judicial law clerk experience as well as deposition and courtroom experience. A demonstrated ability to manage all phases of litigation with partner supervision is required. Second chair trial experience is a plus. The ideal candidate will have prior experience at a regional or national law firm or a well-regarded local firm.
