LEGAL ASSISTANT

Pat Crickard

Breanna’s legal career has evolved over time, but the core of her practice has remained the same: helping clients navigate complex disputes with clarity and confidence.

Whether untangling complex coverage disputes or defending high-stakes claims, Breanna thrives when solving problems with precision. Her calm, analytical approach and deep commitment to her clients have earned her a reputation as the person you call when the issues are thorny, and the path forward is unclear.

She began her career at a boutique firm specializing in business and financial disputes, where she quickly learned that versatility is one of a litigator’s greatest assets. Her early work exposed her to a broad range of practice areas, ultimately leading her to focus on product liability and insurance defense. Today, she concentrates her practice on insurance coverage and defense, while continuing to handle complex business litigation matters for both Massachusetts-based and international companies. Breanna primarily represents businesses and corporations within the insurance industry, supporting Rubin Rudman’s litigation team in matters that require both technical knowledge and strategic foresight. Her clients — often experts in their own fields — rely on her to see what they can’t, to anticipate risk, and to help them pivot effectively when challenges arise.

Driven by a standard of excellence and a relentless commitment to getting it right, Breanna aims to be more than just a good lawyer — she strives to be the trusted problem-solver clients turn to when everything is on the line.
