Jason’s path into construction law began in law school, where a case involving a high-profile commercial dispute sparked a lasting interest in the technical and legal complexities of the construction industry. He quickly became known for his ability to dive deep into the details—mastering project-specific facts, building relationships with clients, and delivering tailored, practical solutions that meet both legal and business objectives.
Over the course of his career, Jason has litigated, tried, and arbitrated disputes involving a wide range of developments, including schools, public infrastructure, residential communities, commercial buildings, and solar installations. Clients rely on him for his courtroom experience, clear guidance during negotiations, and ability to prevent disputes before they arise.

Serving as lead counsel for the demolition subcontractor on a major redevelopment project in Boston, Jason is defending the company against multiple claims, including serious personal injury allegations, substantial property damage, and project impact claims brought by the owner of the development complex.
Litigation Counsel for General Contractor Facing Multi-Million Dollar Defect Claims
Representing a general contractor in connection with claims brought by the owner/developer of a New Hampshire apartment complex. The case involves alleged construction defects and more than $1 million in claimed damages, including repair costs and lost rental income.
Extensive Collection Work for Regional Concrete Supplier
Handled more than 50 lawsuits and mechanic’s lien claims on behalf of a concrete supplier, successfully recovering significant amounts owed for materials furnished to a wide range of construction projects across the region.
Arbitration Success in Subcontractor Disputes
Achieved full recovery in two separate arbitrations for a general contractor client against subcontractors for breach of contract. Awards included back-charges for costs incurred to complete and correct deficient subcontractor work.
