Litigation Counsel for General Contractor Facing Multi-Million Dollar Defect Claims

Representing a general contractor in connection with claims brought by the owner/developer of a New Hampshire apartment complex. The case involves alleged construction defects and more than $1 million in claimed damages, including repair costs and lost rental income.

Extensive Collection Work for Regional Concrete Supplier

Handled more than 50 lawsuits and mechanic’s lien claims on behalf of a concrete supplier, successfully recovering significant amounts owed for materials furnished to a wide range of construction projects across the region.
