Lydia helps Family Law clients navigate difficult transitions with clear guidance and advocacy. She believes that divorce changes a person’s life, but it doesn't have to define what comes next.
Drawn to family law by a desire to resolve conflict and help families find practical solutions, Lydia has built her practice around representing individuals navigating divorce, custody, parenting, and other domestic relations matters. She has significant experience handling contentious custody disputes, where emotions often run high and the stakes are higher. In addition to her advocacy practice, she also serves as a mediator in select divorce matters.
Lydia’s clients’ concerns extend beyond the courtroom. They worry about whether divorce is the right decision for their family, how their children will be affected, and what life will look like financially and emotionally once the process is over. She is a straightforward communicator and manages each client matter with empathy, helping clients weigh their options and make informed decisions that align with their long-term goals rather than what they are feeling in the moment.
Known for her patience and level-headed approach, Lydia ensures clients understand both their legal rights and the realities of the process ahead. She believes successful representation isn’t measured by how much conflict is created, but by achieving the best possible outcome as efficiently and thoughtfully as possible. At the same time, when an opposing party’s tactics become unreasonable or obstructive, Lydia does not hesitate to take a firm position and advocate aggressively for her clients’ interests. Throughout every matter, she helps clients stay focused on what matters most: building a stronger future for themselves and their families
