From an early age, Meghan saw the power of advocacy in action—and it set the course for her career.
Inspired by attorneys in her family and drawn to the intellectual rigor and real-world impact of litigation, Meghan brings to Rubin Rudman’s Litigation Group a deep commitment to defending clients with integrity, diligence, and strategic focus.
Meghan represents insurance companies, individuals, and businesses in a wide range of civil litigation matters. She is known for her analytical strength, strong interpersonal instincts, and client-first mindset—qualities that underscore her approach both in and out of the courtroom.
While in law school, Meghan served as Lead Article Editor of the Journal of Health and Biomedical Law and participated in the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office as an S.J.C. Rule 3:03 Certified Student Prosecutor. She also interned for Associate Justice Robert N. Tochka, gaining valuable insight into judicial decision-making. Additionally, Meghan contributed to the work of the Massachusetts Judicial Nominating Commission within the Governor’s Office, helping to support a fair and non-partisan judicial selection process across the Commonwealth.

Premises Liability Defense
Secured a favorable settlement on behalf of an insured client in a premises liability claim by conducting a thorough factual investigation and engaging in strategic negotiations with opposing counsel, ultimately minimizing risk and exposure for the client.
Judgment for Creditor in Receivable Dispute
Achieved a positive judgment for a creditor client in a dispute under a receivable sales agreement, successfully protecting the client’s financial interests and reinforcing the enforceability of key contractual provisions.
Resolution of Intra-Family Business Conflict
Contributed to the successful resolution of a complex litigation matter involving a family-run company and significant debts owed by one sibling. Assisted in guiding the case from litigation through arbitration, securing a favorable outcome for the business amid challenging interpersonal dynamics.
