Mike regularly represents broker-dealers, registered representatives, and corporate clients in investigations and enforcement actions brought by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and state regulators. He counsels clients on federal and state securities compliance, with a particular focus on exemptions, registration, and disclosure standards in private offerings.

In his real estate practice, Mike advises institutional and private developers throughout the full development cycle.
