Advised a well-established local real estate development company in leasing office and lab space throughout the Greater Boston area, including downtown Boston. Representation included negotiating build-to-suit leases, construction contracts, and agreements for a large portfolio of office and laboratory properties.

Served as counsel to a national financial institution, as landlord, in connection with the negotiation of complex corporate office leases in Boston and other cities across the United States.

Represented a wide range of tenant clients in negotiating leases for office space in Boston and the surrounding area.

Represented developers in negotiating build-to-suit leases for major life sciences tenants, including a new 150,000 square foot office and lab facility and an 80,000 square foot office and lab building in the Boston area.

Served as counsel to tenants in negotiating multiple build-to-suit leases across shopping centers and other commercial properties nationwide, including easement agreements and all other related leasing issues.

Negotiated build-to-suit leases on behalf of tenants for large-scale corporate office projects, including a 200,000 square foot headquarters with integrated parking facilities and a separate 200,000 square foot corporate office lease with continued representation in expansions, dispute resolution, and related matters.
