Christopher R. Wurster is a partner in the firm’s Labor and Employment practice group, with a proven track record in high-stakes litigation and a deep understanding of complex workplace issues. He represents both employees and management, providing counsel on a wide range of employment matters including discrimination, whistleblower claims, wage disputes, defamation, and restrictive covenants. Christopher’s practice is distinguished by his pragmatic, collaborative approach to solving sensitive workplace problems and his extensive experience in courtroom advocacy.

Before joining Rubin and Rudman, Christopher was a senior associate at Zucker Law Group, LLP, where he specialized in employment and business litigation. He previously practiced at Burns & Levinson, LLP, where he handled numerous high-profile employment law cases. Notably, Christopher second-chaired a two-week gender discrimination and retaliation trial against a municipality, securing a multi-million-dollar judgment upheld on appeal. He also managed a diverse caseload, drafted dispositive motions, spearheaded discovery efforts, and negotiated six-figure separation agreements.

Christopher’s career also includes significant work at Levine-Piro Law, P.C., where he expanded the firm’s employment law and civil litigation practice and secured multiple six-figure settlements. Earlier in his career, he represented U.S. military veterans at Chisholm, Chisholm & Kilpatrick Ltd., and managed disability benefits cases at Greater Boston Legal Services.

Christopher earned his J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law in 2010 and his B.A. in Psychology from Columbia University in 2002. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
