Caroline Trainor Joins Rubin Rudman’s Trusts & Estates Group

Rubin Rudman is pleased to announce that Caroline Trainor has joined the firm’s Trusts and Estates group as an associate. Trainor joins the firm from Barulich Dugoni Suttmann & Cummins Law Group, Inc., a boutique trusts and estate law firm in Northern California.

Trainor brings over six years of experience in estate planning and estate administration to her new role and will continue to focus her practice on advising clients on complex estate and tax planning and preparation, trust administration, business planning, gifting, and probate matters. She is admitted to the bar in Massachusetts (2021) and California (2019).

Trainor earned her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2019 and her B.A. from Loyola University Maryland in 2016. While at Santa Clara, she served as Vice President of the Tax and Estate Planning Society and Senior Technical Editor of the Journal of International Law. She also completed the International Business Law Program at Jiao Tong University in Shanghai in 2017. Trainor speaks conversational Mandarin and is proficient in Spanish. She was named a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2025.
