Rubin Rudman is pleased to announce that Clara Jensen has joined the firm as an associate in its Trusts and Estates group. She joins the firm from Monteforte Law, P.C.

Jensen focuses her practice on complex estate planning that is tailored to meet her clients’ unique family dynamics, tax objectives, and asset protection goals. She has experience drafting wills, durable powers of attorney, health care proxies, HIPAA authorizations, and revocable and irrevocable trusts. She is also well-versed in a wide range of trust funding structures, including credit shelter trusts, personal asset trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, qualified personal residence trusts, and irrevocable Medicaid asset protection trusts.

She is admitted to the bar in Massachusetts. Jensen earned her J.D. from New England Law, with concentrations in trusts and estates, business law, and family law, in 2023 and her B.A., with honors, from Montana State University-Bozeman in 2019.
