Massachusetts Bar Association Selects Ariadna Caulfield as a 2023-2024 MBA Leadership Academy Fellow

Boston, MA (February 5, 2024) – Rubin and Rudman Partner Ariadna Caulfield has been chosen as a 2023-2024 MBA Leadership Academy fellow by the Massachusetts Bar Association (“MBA”).

The MBA Leadership Academy offers fellows a chance to network, collaborate, and forge connections with bar leaders. It enables them to cultivate and improve leadership skills crucial for their future in the legal profession while providing insider’s perspective on the significant role the MBA plays within the legal system. The MBA Leadership Academy was designed to equip young attorneys for leadership positions within the bar, their firms or organizations, and government. Upon successfully completing the academy’s educational programming and mentoring, graduates will be more adept at taking on leadership roles in the bar, their respective firms or organizations, and within government.

Caulfield’s practice focuses on corporate, banking and financial law and complex civil and business matters. She represents clients in sophisticated corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and debt and equity financing transactions. In addition, she is experienced in commercial real estate, including drafting and negotiating commercial leases and purchase and sales agreements. Boston magazine has recognized Caulfield as a Top Lawyer for Corporate Law since 2022.

Caulfield holds LL.M. degrees from Boston University School of Law in American Law (2016) and Banking and Financial Law (2013). She also earned her LL.B. (J.D. equivalent) from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) in 2009.
