David represents individuals and businesses in complex commercial litigation in both federal and state courts, with a focus on contract disputes, corporate governance issues, and insurance-related matters.

Drawing on over two decades of experience across public and private sectors—both in the US and the UK—David offers clients a steady, strategic approach to resolving high-stakes conflicts.

Before entering private practice, David built a strong foundation in government service and the judiciary. He began his legal career as a solicitor in the Government Legal Service within the Lord Chancellor’s Department in England, where he served from 1991 to 1999. After relocating to the United States, he completed a judicial internship with the Hon. William G. Young of the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts and later clerked for the Hon. David Mills of the Massachusetts Appeals Court.

From 2004 to 2006, David served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Trial Division of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office, where he handled civil litigation on behalf of the Commonwealth. Today, clients rely on his ability to navigate complex legal landscapes and advocate effectively in and out of the courtroom.
