Marketing & Growth Coordinator
Rubin Rudman, a prominent mid-size law firm based in Boston, is seeking a creative, organized, and resourceful Marketing & Growth Coordinator to join our team.
Our cross-functional team is responsible for marketing, business development, client development, attorney recruiting, and attorney professional development. We recently led a full rebrand of the firm, launched a new website, and implemented training initiatives to support both career and client development. The next phases of these projects are in motion, making this an exciting time to join the team and contribute to meaningful firmwide growth.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the website, ensuring information is accurate, engaging, and optimized for search visibility.
- Coordinate the production of firm marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, and event collateral.
- Assist with all processes related to award nominations, rankings, and surveys.
- Support the production and distribution of marketing communications, including social media content and email campaigns.
- Pull and summarize reports and analytics to inform marketing strategy and improve performance.
- Manage attorney job postings on external platforms and assist with outreach for lateral hiring initiatives.
- Create presentations, proposals, and client pitches that align with brand standards.
- Support internal training and professional development initiatives such as the Young Professionals Group and Women’s Working Group.
- Coordinate internal and external events, supporting logistics, vendor communication, materials preparation, attendee lists, and on-site execution.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing (law firm/professional services experience a plus).
- Proficient in Canva, WordPress, Google Analytics, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to proofread for grammatical, typographical, and spelling errors.
- Resourceful and self-directed, comfortable researching, troubleshooting, and finding solutions.
- Demonstrated professionalism and ability to always represent the firm positively.
- An eye for design and brand consistency; ability to follow firm standards while contributing creative ideas.
- Maturity, reliability, and a collaborative spirit.
Compensation
The firm’s expected salary range for this position is $65,000-$80,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on education, experience, internal equity, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.

This full-time hybrid role (3 days in office) is based in our Boston office at 53 State Street.
