Women's Working Group

Advancing women in law

Through internal networking, robust resources, and expert-led training, careers thrive at Rubin Rudman.

Real support for real progress

Our firm is dedicated to recruiting, retaining, and advancing talented women attorneys. The Women’s Working Group plays a central role in our commitment—by fostering connection, cultivating leadership, and creating opportunities for professional and business development.

The group brings together women attorneys from across the firm to learn from one another, build lasting relationships, and support each other’s growth. Through a combination of internal collaboration and expert-led trainings, the Women’s Working Group provides a dedicated space for skill-building and career support at every stage. Attorneys gain practical, actionable strategies for building and sustaining a successful practice—covering everything from business development plans and personal branding to optimizing networking and perfecting a pitch.

The Women’s Working Group aims to:

  • Identify and support professional and business development opportunities for women attorneys;
  • Increase leadership roles for women attorneys at the firm and in the industries and communities we serve;
  • Foster connections, cross-selling and collaboration; and
  • Address issues that disproportionally affect women.

The Women’s Working Group is just one example of how Rubin Rudman invests in our people—because when our attorneys thrive, our clients do too.
