Young Professionals Group

Invested in your future

Empowering rising attorneys with the tools, relationships, and real-world skills they need to thrive.

Your growth is our priority

We believe that investing in our people is the most important investment we can make. That’s why we created the Young Professionals Group—a cross-functional initiative built to support the next generation of attorneys as they grow into leaders, rainmakers, and trusted advisors.

This program is more than mentorship—it’s a launchpad. Through curated programming and hands-on guidance, we help newer attorneys sharpen their legal and business development skills, expand their networks, and grow with intention.

Rubin Rudman’s Young Professionals Group offers a curriculum of resources throughout the year: skills trainings, business development workshops, networking events, and one-on-one coaching sessions. Programming is tailored to attorneys in earlier stages of development, from recent law school grads to rising mid-levels. We provide access to outside experts who bring fresh insight and practical tools—like our recent session with a LinkedIn strategist to help attorneys elevate their professional presence and engagement.

Rubin Rudman is a place where young professionals don’t just grow—they thrive. We empower our attorneys to build fulfilling, long-term careers with the resources, encouragement, and connections they need to succeed. The Young Professionals Group is a reflection of that commitment, and a clear sign of where we’re headed: forward.

Mentor & Mentee Pilot Program

Our formal mentor/mentee pilot program is another layer of support, designed to foster meaningful professional relationships across generations and practice groups. Mentees gain valuable insight and perspective, while mentors strengthen their leadership and coaching skills.
