In 2022, he represented an aggregate company in litigation stemming from a barge accident that resulted in a double amputation injury.

Michael is a past President and Director of the Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association, the largest organization of civil defense attorneys in the state. Clients value his courtroom experience, practical judgment, and clear-eyed assessment of risk.
