Andrea Toulouse Named Go To Real Estate Lawyer by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly

BOSTON, MA – (November 9, 2023) Andrea Toulouse, Partner in the Real Estate Department of  Rubin and Rudman, was recently selected as a 2023 Go To Commercial Real Estate Lawyer by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly (“MLW”). This award showcases attorneys who have shown excellence in the commercial real estate community. Recipients of this honor have been nominated by their peers and then reviewed by a panel from MLW.

Toulouse’s experience includes over two decades counseling clients in all areas of real estate law, including acquisition, development, financing and leasing for a broad range of developers and financiers of commercial properties at a local, regional and national level. Her practice encompasses industrial properties, educational uses, suburban office parks and downtown office buildings. MLW’s profile on Toulouse highlighted the nuance and complexity involved in her transactions.

Toulouse has garnered recognition from The Best Lawyers in America® (listed in Real Estate Law, 2023-2024), Boston magazine (listed in Top Lawyers, Real Estate Law, 2022), and Massachusetts Rising Stars List (2013–2018).

This most recent honor marks the fourth such recognition for Rubin and Rudman attorneys in the past two years. Neal F. Splaine, Jeffrey A. Dretler and Steven M. Carr were also recognized by MLW as Go To Lawyers in Business Transactions, Employment Law and Trusts & Estates, respectively.

Toulouse is an active member of the greater Boston community. Her memberships include the Boston Bar Association, the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), the Real Estate Bar Association of Massachusetts, and the ACLU Foundation of Massachusetts Amicus Committee, among others. Toulouse is also a member of the Board of Trustees for Glen Urquhart School and a former City of Beverly Planning Board.
