Chelsea J. Strauss Joins Rubin and Rudman’s Family Law Practice

BOSTON, MA – (July, 2023) – Boston-based, full-service law firm Rubin and Rudman is pleased to welcome Chelsea J. Strauss as an Associate in the Family Law department.

Chelsea J. Strauss concentrates her practice on domestic relations and represents clients in a wide range of family law cases, including divorce, paternity, child custody, child support, asset division, modifications, contempts, and other matters that may arise. Prior to joining Rubin and Rudman, Strauss practiced at a boutique family law firm on the North Shore.

Strauss understands the sensitive nature of family law issues, and she approaches her cases with a high level of compassion, working closely with her clients to ensure they are supported and able to make educated and timely decisions throughout the process. Strauss is a strong advocate for her clients, but is also practical and cost-conscious so as to always keep her clients’ goals and best interests in mind.

Strauss earned her J.D. from Suffolk University School of Law, and prior to that, she graduated cum laude from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Arts. While in law school, Chelsea served as an S.J.C. Rule 3:03 Certified Student Attorney in the Suffolk University Law School Family Advocacy Clinic.

Strauss is admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
