Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly names Christine Parise Cordes “Go To Business Transaction Lawyer”

Boston, MA (February 27, 2024)Christine Parise Cordes, Partner and Co-chair of Rubin and Rudman’s Corporate Department, was recently selected as a 2024 “Go To Business Transaction Lawyer” by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly (“MLW”). This award showcases leaders who have shown excellence in the legal community in their area of practice and who have been nominated by their peers and reviewed by a panel from MLW.

Cordes has a diverse practice encompassing corporate and financing matters. Her clients include closely-held private companies, start-ups (including biotechnology, pharmaceutical and tech companies), middle-market private companies, real estate developers and funds, educational institutions, banks and other financial institutions. She has earned recognition as one of Boston magazine’s Top Lawyers in Corporate Law since 2022.

Cordes holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Boston University School of Law, awarded in 2004, and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of Delaware in 2001.
