Neal F. Splaine, Two Others Named Go To Lawyers by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly

Boston, MA (March, 2022) – Neal F. Splaine, Partner and Chair of the Corporate, Business and Tax department of Boston-based law firm, Rubin and Rudman was recently selected as a 2022 Go To Business Transactions Lawyer by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly (“MLW”). This award showcases leaders who have shown excellence in the legal community in their area of practice and who have been nominated by their peers and reviewed by a panel from MLW.

This most recent honor marks the third such recognition for Rubin and Rudman attorneys this past year. Jeffrey A. Dretler and Steven M. Carr were also recognized by MLW as Go To Lawyers in Employment Law and Trusts & Estates, respectively.

With nearly 30 years of experience, Neal’s services cover all aspects of a company’s core legal needs ranging from day-to-day operational issues to sophisticated corporate transactions with an emphasis on merger and acquisition transactions, debt and equity financing transactions and strategic alliances.  Neal also regularly works with business owners to design and implement business succession plans to transition the ownership and management of a business to the next generation of owners in a seamless and tax efficient manner. He typically serves as outside general counsel to closely held businesses based primarily in the North East, but often times with national and international operations in scope.
